Team Imperials started as a form for Extreme Waja Enthusiast and was officially established on June 2005 with only few members and is open exclusively to all Proton Waja owners regardless of the modifications done. The club originated from the Malaysian car enthuasists forum in Zerotohundred.com, which has been generating a lot of interest and passion for the motor sports industry. Armed with the spark and shared interest these forumers decided to take a leap from a virtual lounge to a real social meet-up.

The first meet-up and ‘Teh Tarik Session’ (TT) was organized back in early July 2005, which was attended only by 3 pioneers, Kenji as the founder of the club, Bnr34 with monster Waja Evolution 7 machine and Astonwira. The second meet-up was planned soon after and the main venue for gathering was in Shell Kelana Jaya (beside Giant) and TT took place at Nasi Kandar Sedap in Dataran Prima. The second TT was a success, gathered 15 waja owners from Zerotohundred.com forumers in Klang Valley mainly.

However few TT sessions later and suddenly the club found itself has lost its momentum. Left with only few members; Kenji, WajaRS, Hairil, Nashlovebrown, Kent20, Eujin, Dique and Sliverwolf, they soon realized the need to rejuvenate the spirit of Team Imperials. After much discussion and ideas evaluation they finally reached a consensus to form a medium of communication such as a forum site. Therefore, the official forum www.team-imperials.drives.it was online on February 2006 officially. Since then, till date Team Imperials has gathered 250 online active members from Klang Valley, Penang and Terengganu.

Currently, the club can be accessed at its newly official host www.team-imperials.com and has been officially operating since August 28, 2007. It is proudly managed and paid by its own members. The membership fee is RM 40 for new members inclusive of Team Imperials official sticker and RM30 for existing members with sticker.

Club Objectives
